Why call us

Since the 1999 reform, your CNESST contribution works like an insurance premium: it depends on how many accidents you have and how serious they are. Every poorly managed claim costs you, for years. Our job: make sure you stop overpaying.

Classification

Over 300 units.
Are you in the right one?

A company used to be classified by its economic activity. Today, classification depends on your employees’ tasks and the risks they carry. With more than 300 distinct units, a misclassification can happen, and it pushes your contribution up year after year.

Pay the right rate

Premium-rate management

Your contribution depends on your classification unit, your rate plan and your claims. A mistake in any of the three costs you every year.

  • Review of your premium-rate plan
  • Payroll declaration
  • Analysis of your per-claim limit, based on the cost of your files
  • Review of your current classification

From day one to settlement

Claims management

When an accident happens, every decision counts: eligibility, length of absence, rehabilitation, cost allocation. We follow the file to the end.

  • Handling of workplace accident and occupational disease files, from the CNESST claim to final settlement
  • Representation before the CNESST and the Tribunal administratif du travail
  • Checking that laws and regulations are correctly applied to each file
  • Review of doubtful files: unusually long absences, disproportionate rehabilitation

Prevention mutuals

A mutual brings together small and mid-sized businesses that commit to prevention and absence management together. In return, they get better rates.

One file, from day one to final settlement.

When an accident happens, we take over with the CNESST and the Tribunal administratif du travail. You stay in control, without the paperwork.

  1. Step 01

    Claim

The worker files a claim with the CNESST. We open the file with you from day one.

  2. Step 02

    Verification

Eligibility, diagnosis, link to the job: we check that the law is applied correctly.

  3. Step 03

    Follow-up

Length of absence, temporary assignment, rehabilitation: we spot what falls outside the norm.

  4. Step 04

    Contest

An unfounded decision? We contest it, up to the Tribunal administratif du travail if needed.

  5. Step 05

    Settlement

We check every cost charged to your file, through to the final settlement.
